Nancy has performed stand-up comedy and has been a member of several sketch comedy troupes, delighting audiences in Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Nashville and Pittsburgh. She has eaten at the Stage Deli in New York and Canter’s in West Hollywood, Pink’s in L.A. and The Varsity in Atlanta, on Mott Street in NYC and Grant Avenue in San Francisco. She is fluent in Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Mexican restaurants plus Jewish delis. There’s not a bread Nancy hasn’t had an affair with . . . and, as an alert to club owners and theatre managers, all her compensation is required to be in cash and/or halvah.
She has entertained throughout the United States and internationally with many musical groups, including the jazz vocal ensemble, SCAT MAN DU, and has fronted a number of jazz, pop and show bands, including THE DELUXE VAUDEVILLE ORCHESTRA, THE HOT CLUB OF ATLANTA, OY KLEZMER, DUO DACY, THE STEW MAGEE ORCHESTRA and MRS. SCHMALTZ AND HER KOSMOPOLITAN KLEZTET. She recently had leading roles in several musical revues in Atlanta, singing pop hits from the ’50’s and ’60’s to great acclaim.
Currently, Nancy is presenting her musical-comedy acts, Sexy at Sixty, Mish Mosh: Songs I Love to Sing, and Beyond the Borscht Belt – A Musical Journey from Shtetl to Metal. She performs in clubs and theaters, entertaining very happy audiences with her witty, comedic, and irreverent songs. She truly is one funny lady!
